Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We serve Blue Springs, Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, Independence and surrounding communities within a sensible delivery radius. If you’re outside our usual area, just get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to see if we can still deliver to you.
Q: What types of tables and chairs do you rent?
A: We offer 6-ft rectangular tables, 8-ft rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and matching white or black folding chairs.
Q: Will you set up the tables and chairs for me?
A: Yes, we offer professional setup and breakdown services for an additional fee. If you prefer to pick up and set everything yourself, option is available for certain items.
Q: When will my rentals be delivered?
A: Typically, we arrive 1–3 hours before your scheduled event time. On very busy days, we may deliver earlier, possibly even the night before to ensure everything is ready for your celebration.
Q: Are your tables and chairs cleaned before rental? Do I need to clean them before I return?
A: Absolutely all our equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental. We ask that you return tables, chairs, and any other rentals free of trash, food, or significant stains. Normal use is fine, but please avoid returning items messy or damaged.
Q: How many people do each table seat?
A: A 6-ft rectangular table seats about 6–8 people. Cocktail tables are perfect for standing guests at casual or social events.
Q: What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
A: We accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards. If paying with cash, please have exact change on hand. Our delivery team doesn’t carry change.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total rental cost is required to secure the reservation of equipment and event date. No reservation is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit refunds, when applicable, are issued according to the following schedule:
Cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or more prior to the event date: Eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made fifteen (15) to twenty (20) days prior to the event date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made zero (0) to fourteen (14) days prior to the event date: Deposit is non-refundable.
Q: What if something gets damaged during the event?
A: We understand accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the damage, repair or replacement fees may apply. Check our rental agreement for full details.
Q: How long is the standard rental period? Can I extend it if needed?
A: Our standard rental period covers roughly 8 hours. If you’d like the items for longer (or need them delivered earlier / picked up later), just contact us we’re usually able to accommodate extensions based on availability (additional charges may apply).
Q: Can I change or cancel my reservation if plans shift?
A: We understand that circumstances may change. Requests to modify or cancel a reservation must be submitted as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling, provided that the requested rental items and the new date of events are available.
If rescheduling cannot be accommodated due to item or date unavailability, the Deposit Refund Policy outlined above will apply.
All cancellations or changes are subject to the refund schedule in effect at the time the request is received.
Q: How can I review the full rental agreement?
A: A copy of the full rental agreement will be provided in your confirmation receipt. If you’d like to review them beforehand, just ask us to email you the full documents.
Q: Is will-call or customer pickup available?
A: Yes. Certain rental items are available for customer pickup (will call). However, not all items qualify for pickup. Due to the size, weight, and delicate nature of some of our inventory, specific items require professional handling, delivery, and setup by our team to ensure safe transport and proper installation.
