A 10' × 20' canopy can typically accommodate approximately 2–3 rectangular tables with seating, depending on the desired layout.

Delivery required — customer pickup is not available

Setup & Placement Requirements:

Standard installation is on a flat, clear grass surface where the tent can be safely secured.

Customer must provide adequate space around the tent for proper installation and anchoring.

The setup area must be completely clear of tables, chairs, vehicles, decorations, pet waste, and other obstacles before our arrival.

Tent placement must be determined before installation.

Customer is responsible for identifying underground sprinklers, irrigation systems, invisible pet fences, septic systems, utility lines, or other underground hazards.

Installation on concrete, asphalt, decks, or other hard surfaces requires prior approval and may not be available.

Once installed, the tent may not be moved, adjusted, or taken down by the customer.

Delivery & Installation: Tent installation is scheduled by RDL Balloons & Rentals based on our delivery route, event schedule, site conditions, and weather. Installation may occur several hours before your event or, when scheduling permits, the day prior. Takedown may occur after the event or the following day. The installation area must remain accessible during the scheduled delivery and pickup window. Weather Policy: Tent rentals are weather permitting. For the safety of our customers, staff, and equipment, RDL Balloons & Rentals reserves the right to delay, refuse, modify, cancel, or remove a tent when weather or site conditions make installation or continued use unsafe. This may include high winds or wind gusts, thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, saturated ground, or other hazardous conditions. Tents provide shade and limited protection from normal outdoor conditions but are not guaranteed to provide complete protection from rain, wind, or severe weather. Decorations & Tent Use: Do not tape, staple, nail, glue, tie, hang, or attach balloons, decorations, lighting, signage, or other items to the tent or frame without prior approval from RDL Balloons & Rentals.
